6. As "Exclusive Buyer Agents", we specialize in working exclusively ("only") for our homebuyer's every step of the way from:

   • the initial buyer information and counseling session (including helping arrange financial pre-qualification and pre-approval),

   • helping search, screen and find the right property,

   • giving an unbiased assessment of the pros and cons of any property our buyer is interested in purchasing,

   • giving a professional opinion of the value of the home our buyer chooses - before he/she/they offer on it,

   • working for the best deal for our buyer in the offer and purchase contract negotiations with the Seller and their agent,

   • coordinating a myriad of details following an offer's acceptance including mortgage and insurance, choice of a reputable home inspector, property inspections, and any re-negotiations,

   • and, finally assisting in the walkthrough inspection and the closing on our buyer's new home.

7. Finally, our success is measured in terms of:
