An Exclusive Buyer Agent, like us, will NEVER do this That is because we NEVER take property listings. Which means we are able, by law, to provide more information to you about a property, the community, the pricing, etc. And, we never disclose to a Seller what you tell us (Traditional Realtors MUST do this). Which means choose an "Exclusive Buyer's Agent" ... a professional in a real estate office which specializes in working only for Home Buyers.
